The olives are naturally grown on an island within the Kornati National Park, which stretches along the Dalmatian Coast on the Adriatic Sea nestled between Italy and Croatia. The Adriatic Sea, which has long been considered one of the cleanest in the world, was an ancient merchant highway that connected Venice to the Byzantine Empire, leaving behind an aristocratic culture, nobility, and strife for excellence that is evident in our finished product. Our orchard is located on the southwest tip of the island just feet from the sea. This pristine environment is far from the everyday pollution of the mainland yielding not only great tasting oils, but oils that are healthier as well. Our trademark Lion is a tribute to both San Marco of Venice and is the Dalmatian Coat of Arms. It is a symbol of stateliness that only a product of such attributes can proudly bare.
